3 Exercises to reduce your Waist

It is possible to define and reduce your waist size from the comfort of your home by doing three simple exercises. You will only need a broom. This household item provides support in maintaining a correct posture while executing this routine to reduce measurements.

Before performing these exercises, it is recommended you warm-up for about 5 minutes, either with a light jog or by moving your arms and legs to activate the body.

Exercise 1:

Place the broom behind the shoulders, then turn the torso to both sides, keeping the legs and hips in the same position.

You must concentrate on turning only the torso to activate the targeted muscles of that area.

Exercise 2:

To do this exercise, place the broom behind your head, then start the movement by simulating that your elbows want to touch your hips. In this routine, the movement is lateral.

You should concentrate on keeping your core tight to make the muscles work and feel more resistance.

Exercise 3:

To end the routine, place the broom behind the shoulders, then bend forward, forming an L-shape with your body. Return to the vertical position.

This exercise will also help work your lower back.

  • It is recommended to perform 3 sets of 15 or 20 repetitions of each exercise
  • Remember that every exercise routine must be accompanied by a healthy eating plan and adequate hydration throughout the day.
